Shipping

Items will be shipped by USPS, UPS, DHL or FeDex in the continental United States. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.( We only ship to your Paypal registered address by default. Please contact us for address revise. We are not responsible for any wrong address. Please confirm the address when you check out.)

Delivery Time

All the ordered items are shipped from our distribution center in California, U.S.A., via USPS or UPS. If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

According to the Californian law, the sales tax needs to be levied on intra-state transactions. And the current tax rate is 7.5% for the Alameda county that our warehouse is located in, so the tax will be collected on customers with a California shipping address.

All our products for United States destination are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS, depending on whichever service would take the shortest delivery time to your location.

The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery a nd service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS.

Warranty Policy

Unless otherwise specified, we warrant our products for 1 year from the date of original purchase under normal, non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.

A replacement or refund will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect.

If a product is returned to us after it has been in use for over 9 months, we may, at our discretion, exercise an option to refund a portion of the purchase price proportional to the remainder of the warranty period.

For battery pack or battery related products, cell capacity depletion over time under regular use is normal, and is not an indication of defect. A battery pack that retains eighty percent (80%) of its original capacity after twelve months is considered normal.

For battery pack or battery related products, warranty becomes void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar code label has been removed or tampered with.

Return Policy

All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon filling out the Application or requesting through info@drill-battery.com. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through info@drill-batteries.com to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

In returning products to us, customer must pay the return freight. Return packages by C.O.D will not be accepted. Only the return freight for incorrect items delivered to the customer will be paid for by us.

Please ensure that returned items are the ones that you purchased from us. We are not responsible for any item sent to us that is not our product.

Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items

  1. Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
