Please kindly check if you can do the payment via PayPal before placing an order. If you use an eCheck payment, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days to clear and to be received by recipient.

We only ship to the shipping address that you provided in the paypal process. We are not responsible for any wrong or invalid shipping address. If you want to send another different address, Please make a note when you make the payment via paypal.

Refund

After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost and tax less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

Shipping

Items will be shipped by Australia Post, UPS, DHL or EMS in the continental Australia. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.( We only ship to your Paypal registered address by default. Please contact us for address revise. We are not responsible for any wrong address. Please confirm the address when you check out.)

Delivery Time

All the ordered items are shipped from our distribution center in California, U.S.A., via USPS or UPS. If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

According to the Californian law, the sales tax needs to be levied on intra-state transactions. And the current tax rate is 7.5% for the Alameda county that our warehouse is located in, so the tax will be collected on customers with a California shipping address.

All our products for United States destination are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS, depending on whichever service would take the shortest delivery time to your location.

The UPS will charge us US$10.00 for any refused packages with immediate effect. Therefore, please provide us with the correct postal address and name of the recipient. Otherwise, Customers would have to bear all the additional delivery a nd service charges, including that being imposed by the UPS.

Return Shipping Charges

We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from the customer. We will charge the UPS shipping charge from the customer's credit card if the customer causes the mistake.

Cross Shipment

Cross shipment (exchange shipped prior to return of the original) must be secured by credit card. Such charge will remain on the customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days from the day on which we received the returned merchandise.

UPS charges $11 for re-directing package due to non-deliverable address provided. So, please ensure that the address you have provided is correct and current, and don't use non-standard abbreviations. Otherwise, you are required to pay the re-direction fee and other charges that might incur.
